Hannibal man charged with home repair fraud (Quincy Herald-Whig)

A Hannibal, Mo., man has been charged with aggravated home repair fraud in McDonough County. The McDonough County Sheriff’s Department reports that Eddie T. Jones, 22, turned himself in to police July 21.
